Thank you for your interest in Capitol City Real Estate Investors Vendor Program! Our 200+ members currently have hundreds of residential and commercial properties and millions in assets under management. As such, we have continuing needs for all types of trades and vendors to finance, inspect, maintain and repair etc… these properties.

We would like to offer you the ability to present your company’s information via Handouts, Flyers and Business Cards. This will be a great opportunity for you and your company to meet, what normally is anywhere from 100 to 150 local real estate investors and market your products or services to them. Many of our previous vendors get 3 to 5 deals per month from our club, and continue to come back every month!

We meet every second Thursday of the month at the River Center at Saluda Shoals Park (directions).

You will be authorized to setup a display table and man your table throughout the entire presentation on Thursday evening. You will be able to network and market your services or products live to our members. CCREI is only charging the low price of $99 Dollars per seminar for this great opportunity! Tables will be provided for you. Please bring a tablecloth that will cover a 6ft. table and it may display your company logo. We request you arrive at 6:00 pm for set up.

We also offer an Unmanned Flyer Table for $35 Dollars, where you can display up to 75 Flyers or Business Cards. This is not the preferred method since our members won’t physically be able to talk to you, however if your company representative can’t be preset for a seminar then it gives you the ability to let our members know about your company)

If you wish to represent your company at the CCREI Seminar we will need you to make arrangements with our Vendor Contact, Gina Lane at (803) 331-1869 or email vendor@screi.com for approval.

Once approved, open the Vendor Application, complete the form and fax / or email your marketing materials along with the completed Vendor Application for review to Gina Lane at fax # (803) 798-1169.
