Bill will speak to us about the multiple income streams that he has created over the years, including rentals, short-term financing with options, doublewides and site-built houses, foreclosures, and mortgages. He will get into many different areas of the profit business, such as how to get money, how to buy effectively, and how to move your properties.

  • Started in the business over 20 years ago after a very successful career in direct sales.
  • He and partner, Roger Ezell, followed Robert Allen's "Nothing Down" program and bought lots of properties.
  • Ezell Properties, thier company, became one of, if not the largest property landlord and property management companies in the area, acquiring and renting over 300 properties.
  • Ezell Properties has worked with houses, apartments, mobile homes, land, developments, and financing.
  • Bill is now into buying and selling, lease-options, retail sales, creative financing, notes and mortgages, short-term rentals, and flipping.
  • In short, Bill is in the cash flow business.
